Client & PartyClient Name identifies whose books are being confirmed; Party Name identifies the debtor or creditor.

Recipient EmailThe only address used to send the confirmation. It may be completed before review.

Creditor MSMEMSME Status and Udyam Number apply only to creditors. Leave them blank for debtors.

How to prepare and upload the file

Download the blank Excel template, or download the sample workbook to see five completed example rows. Enter data only in the Parties sheet.
Choose one Chartered Accountant firm in the website. That firm is applied automatically to every row in the selected file.
Enter one party per row. Keep the required Excel columns: Client Name, Party Name, Type, Book Balance, Balance Type and As On Date. MSME Status is also required for creditors.
Recipient Email may be left blank during entry. A Manager must enter and verify a valid Recipient Email before the record can be sent.
Dates must use DD/MM/YYYY (or a real Excel date). MSME Status is required for creditors and must be blank for debtors; Udyam Number is optional for creditors.
Choose the file, confirm the selected firm shown in the review summary, correct any exact row errors, then select Import valid rows. A Manager may add or correct the recipient before verification and sending.

Accepted: .xlsx, .xls and .csv · Maximum 500 rows per file · Upload additional files one after another; each successful file is appended.
